I Got the best service from Mr. Shoel. He has good product knowledge of mobile and other products and guided me properly. I wanted to buy a mobile for my dad, and he helped me with that. Also, I was looking for the home appliance department for future purchases, but her attention was 100% & even handed me over to the mobile department staff. Finally, I purchased a Samsung S20FE mobile with a great offer and very low price.

As per my personal experience, do not buy any items from there, I have purchased TV, but they took 48 hrs for delivery and next 48 hrs for installation, they will do fake promises to fast delivery and installation but do not trust on them. Minimum 4 days they takes for complete all process, also Croma customer service agent very rude, they also will not help you, only ask to wait.

I happily bought a washing machine from Croma, but I received a defective product. Now, Croma is not taking responsibility for replacing the product. I have to follow up with the brand to get the replacement. Munna have sent an email to customersupport@croma.com with all the details, but I have not received an update yet.

I have purchased air cooler from croma there promised next day delivery, but i didn`t get it on next day then i called the Customer care they said that you will get after 4 days, it`s means they cheating with the Customers. very worst experience also they don`t have the store direct number.
